Biography
C. Min Han is a Professor of International Business and Marketing at Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, and a Lecturer of International Business at SolBridge International School of Business. He was President of the Korean Academy of International Business in 2006. His non-academic experience includes an advisory member for Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors and a member of the Presidential Council on Brand Korea.
C. Min Han has also taught at Wayne State University (USA), Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, University of Mannheim (Germany), City University of Hong Kong, National Sun-yat Sen University (Taiwan), and Asia-Pacific University of Japan. He has publications in various journals, including; Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of International Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, and the Journal of International Business Studies.
He received his Ph. D. in International Business from The University of Michigan, an MBA from New York University, and BBA from Seoul National University.

Biography
Dr. Ogan Gurel holds academic appointments as a Visiting Professor at the Solbridge International School of Business and Visiting Teaching Professor at DGIST (Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science & Technology), with previous DGIST positions as Vice-Chair & Distinguished Invited Professor in the Management of Innovation program. In the innovation world, Dr. Gurel is also Chief Strategy Officer at CTCells, Chief Marketing Officer for Eidware / SoundMind (Seoul), Advisor for the CREST-Malaysia Digital Health Cluster and a Venture Partner at The Yozma Group, with previous executive roles as Chief Scientific Officer for FRT – Field Robot Technology, CEO at NovumWaves (Seoul), Acting Chief Medical Officer at Nessa Hearing (Singapore), and Advisor at Frasen (Seoul). Ogan served over four years as a Director in the CTO office (MOT & Open Innovation groups) at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) and prior to that was VP & Medical Director at Sg2, a leading U.S.-based healthcare consultancy. Dr. Gurel's over 35 years of experience spans multiple sectors: biomedical science, clinical medicine, strategy consulting, marketing, business development, executive management, marketing, and R&D management, with domain expertise in medical devices, digital healthcare, healthcare IT, molecular biophysics, and medical imaging. Prior to surgical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital, he obtained an MD degree Alpha Omega Alpha from Columbia University, also doing graduate work in structural biology (M.Phil degree) and earned a Bachelor’s in Biochemical Sciences cum laude from Harvard College. Authoring 14 peer-reviewed scholarly papers, presenting nearly 200 conference proceedings and co-inventor on ten patent applications (four granted), and an acclaimed novel, Waves, Dr. Gurel has also given keynote addresses and other speeches at business and scientific conferences and seminars worldwide.

Since 2008, Professor of Practice, Finance, Accounting, and Risk (FAR), AACSB Bridge Program
Taught in 13 different countries. Currently teaching at the Vietnam Institute of Directors. Also, an academic advisor to different institutions.
Has extensive experience over the last 15 years as Board and Advisory Board member from small VC-funded start-up to large holding companies with investments in excess of $10 B.
Has been a senior executive or corporate officer for 37 years, mostly in Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Rockwell, Stanley Tools, Becton Dickinson).
Worked and lived in developed markets (e.g. Belgium, France, Ireland, U.K.) and in developing ones (e.g. Ivory Coast, Saudi Arabia).
Qualified in Management (INSEAD MBA), Business and statistics (ESSEC Business School), Law (Master in Business Law, Paris), Accounting (US CPA), Finance (CFA Charterholder), and Corporate Governance (IDP-C).
Fluent in French and English with business Italian and German. Notions of Arabic.

Biography
Mr. Yoonsoo Kim is a Senior Lecturer of Commercial Banking, Korean Banking, and Financial Services Practice and Financial Markets at SolBridge International School of Business. He has over 30 years of experience in the Korean banking industry. Mr. Kim joined the Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) in Korea in 2007 and was the Managing Director and Country Executive in Korea until his retirement in 2016.
Before joining BNYM, Mr. Kim held various senior positions at Korea Exchange Bank from 1971. These positions include Regional Managing Director for the Americas, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, General Manager of International Banking Division, General Manager of Capital markets Division, and Managing Director of London-based KEB International - an investment banking subsidiary of Korea Exchange Bank. He also held part-time teaching positions at Korea University, Seokang University, and Kookmin University between 2003 and 2007.
Mr. Kim was a member of the Banking Subcommittee of Financial Development Deliberations Committee, Financial Services Commission (FSC) from 2007 to 2009, and has held Vice Chairmanship of Foreign Banker’s Group in Korea. He is also the founding Corporate Advisory Council member of SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong Educational Foundation.
He is a graduate of Seoul National University, Korea, and received his Ph.D. degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, USA.

I am a Korean-American. I worked in the USA and Europe for 35 years for major global accounting/consulting firms. I returned to Korea in 2014 and co-founded a start-up company in Daejeon and served as CFO until 2018. I have been lecturing at SolBridge since 2015.

Dr. Jun is an academian, businessman and consultant, having worked for both universities, business corporations and consulting firms in the past 40 years. He is currently serving as the Rector of the Tashkent International University. He is Vice- president of Cheju Halla University and an Invited Professor of Seoul National University.
Prior to this, he was Dean of Global Learning Institute, Sookmyung Women’s University, Vice President of Sejong University, Vice President of Woosong University and Dean of SolBridge International School of Business.
Dr. Jun has served as non-Executive Director, counselor and consultant for many major Korean corporations including Hynix, Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motors, and SK Telecommunications. His capabilities are balanced in both practice and academia. He has also ublished numerous articles and textbooks in the field of International Business.
