On January 18, 2021, Mr. SangGi Bak delivered a practical lecture on negotiation skills under the topic “Business Negotiation: Read their minds, understand 100%”. The class was informative and helped students understand the importance of informal day-to-day interactions with their colleagues and how to handle formal communications.  Through diverse and practical cases, the lecture provided participants with the necessary skills to become better negotiators.
