BETA GAMMA SIGMA (SOLBRIDGE CHAPTER)

Every year an induction ceremony for SolBridge’s top students into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honorary society founded in 1913 at the University of Wisconsin is held. Today the society has over 725,000 members, selected from over 530 collegiate chapters in business schools accredited by AACSB International.

The purpose of Beta Gamma Sigma is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business and foster personal and professional excellence among its members. In addition, a significant emphasis of society is to foster ethical business leadership. While membership is highly selective, the honor society is the largest alumni group globally for graduates of business programs.

Although founded in the United States, it has chapters worldwide in countries such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. These chapters provide educational and valuable networking opportunities for members.

SolBridge Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter has been promoting academic excellence and celebrating leadership. This year, the chapter aims to foster an environment that nourishes talent and encourages initiative while inspiring SolBridge students to take chances and realize their true potential as business students.

Vision: “Become your Greatest Self.”

Mission: “To inspire change, honor academic achievement and enrich the lives of others.”
