HR MANAGER

You will be responsible for setting up recruiting strategy and manage HR policy including performance evaluation process, promotion and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher
  • At least two years of previous work experience in an educational or corporate setting
  • Able to understand culture, life style, education system within Korea
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in a fast-spaced multicultural environment
  • Able to understand and work effectively within the Korean corporate culture
  • Capable to present ideas in public and engage an audience
  • With advanced to native-like competency of English
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationship
  • Interested in pursuing a career in higher education administration and/or the corporate world
  • Bilingual in Korean and English

General Duties

  • Setting up recruiting strategy
  • Supporting search committee
  • Managing performance evaluation process/ promotion and contracts
