The ABC Program concluded successfully on January 16, following five days of intensive learning, industry exposure, and hands-on teamwork. From the opening sessions to the final presentations, the program provided participants with valuable opportunities to deepen their understanding of real-world business challenges while engaging with industry professionals. The five days were filled with immersive Korean experience with a packed cross-cultural team experience.

Day 1 (January 12, 2026) marked the official launch of the program with an opening session that introduced participants to the program structure and objectives. Students were presented with three consulting cases provided by innovative companies, setting the foundation for the week ahead. The day also included welcoming activities and sessions designed to give participants a broader understanding of the local context, helping them prepare for both academic and cultural aspects of the program.

On Day 2 (January 13, 2026), participants took part in company visits, gaining firsthand insights into how businesses operate in real-world settings. During these visits, students learned about each company’s vision, explored their business models, and engaged directly with case-company representatives. These company visits allowed participants to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications and better understand the challenges behind their assigned cases.

Day 3 and Day 4 (January 14 & 15, 2026) were dedicated to case analysis, group discussions, and mentoring sessions. Working closely in teams, participants refined their ideas, developed strategic solutions, and prepared for their final presentations. Throughout these days, students demonstrated strong collaboration, critical thinking, and adaptability while receiving guidance and feedback to strengthen their proposals.

Beyond the classroom, participants immersed themselves in Korean culture through a hands-on experience with traditional Hanbok and a calming tea ceremony, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of tradition, mindfulness, and cultural heritage.

The program reached its conclusion on Day 5 (January 16) with final case presentations, where each team presented their solutions and recommendations. Senior representatives from all three case-companies were present through the presentation and provided all the consulting teams with valuable feedback. This was followed by an award ceremony recognizing outstanding performances and exceptional efforts of all the participants throughout the program. The ABC Program concluded with a farewell dinner, providing a meaningful opportunity for participants, faculty, and organizers to reflect on the experience and celebrate the connections formed during the week.

The ABC Program not only enhanced participants’ academic and professional skills, but also fostered collaboration, cultural exchange, and practical learning. While the program has officially come to an end, the knowledge gained and relationships built over these five days are expected to leave a lasting impact on all involved. Living up to its unique design, the ABC Program demonstrated how experiential learning, cross-cultural teamwork, and industry engagement can be seamlessly integrated into executive-style consulting education.
