Elmis Rodriguez Rodriguez, the Mexico country representative for SolBridge Culture Day 2025, shared his unforgettable experience competing in the KPBA Pro Test Tournament 2025, one of the biggest bowling competitions in Korea. Wearing his SolBridge t-shirt with pride, Elmis stepped onto the national stage with confidence and determination. 

He described feeling empowered throughout the tournament as if the SolBridge shirt gave him wings, pushing him to perform at his best and proudly represent both Mexico and SolBridge in front of Korea’s professional bowling community. He reflected on his experience:

Representing SolBridge with honor and pride, I had the extraordinary opportunity to compete  in the KPBA Pro Test Tournament 2025, one of Korea’s most prestigious and demanding  national bowling events. Standing on this competitive stage, surrounded by athletes from the  top sports universities in the country, was both humbling and empowering. Being one of the  few competitors representing a global business school like SolBridge - in a field  traditionally dominated by specialized sports institutions - made the journey even more  meaningful.

The tournament was intense and physically demanding:

I completed 75 total games over 5 consecutive days, competing from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM each day.

• Round 1: 30 games

• Round 2: 45 games

Despite the long hours and the endurance required, I maintained a strong 200 average, a  testament to consistent training, mental toughness, and passion for the sport.

Among 720 highly skilled bowlers, I earned 60th Place Nationwide, a result that I am truly  proud of. Competing at this level pushed me to elevate my performance, stay focused under  pressure, and learn from some of the best players in the country. Every frame was a  challenge; every game was a lesson.

More importantly, I can say with complete sincerity that I loved the entire experience. The  adrenaline of competition, the discipline of long days on the lanes, the support from fellow  athletes, and the sense of purpose that came with wearing the SolBridge name all made this  event unforgettable. Representing SolBridge on a national athletic stage — among top-tier  sports universities — was an honor that motivated me to push beyond my limits.

My national-level performance brought pride and recognition to SolBridge, demonstrating  that excellence is not defined by the type of institution you represent, but by the commitment,  resilience, and heart you bring to the competition.

This tournament was far more than a test — it was a milestone in my development, a  celebration of dedication, and a reminder of how far passion can take you.

I look forward to the challenges ahead with even stronger determination and a renewed drive  to represent SolBridge at the highest levels.
