About the Program

The Master of Science in Financial Technology (MSFT) program is designed to meet the increasing demand for analytical skills required in the modern fintech industry. The curriculum is structured to provide a unique blend of strong conceptual foundations and practical skills. It allows the student to become a well-balanced financial technology professional equipped with strong statistical, programming, and financial skills. SolBridge's location in Daejeon, Asia's Silicon Valley, provides access to hands-on learning through field trips, along with networking to help graduates start their careers. The MSFT program prepares graduates for a range of jobs in financial services and technology firms.

The curriculum consists of core and elective courses emphasizing the balance between the hard and soft skills needed for a successful financial technology professional. The core part of the curriculum combines mainstream financial courses with courses specifically focused on technology management, including blockchain solutions and digital platforms. The electives expose students to a variety of contemporary business subjects, including programming. SolBridge also provides the opportunity to students to acquire some foreign language skills to prepare them for entry into a globalized and diverse world.
